THE K-1 Platinum Exerciser comes with a User Manual, an Exercise Instructional DVD and Exercise Chart. The unit comes in two boxes which can be shipped via UPS. The base unit weighs approximately 75 lbs. The stand requires some simple assembly with screws and tool provided. The unit also comes with a remote control for use while standing on the vibration pad. You can select one of three automatic speed ranges or the speed and frequency can be controlled manually. The unit is preprogrammed to shut off after ten minutes.
